Arielle Canepa joined Hennelly & Grossfeld in 2022 as an associate. She concentrates her practice on the representation of clients in complex litigation involving business, products liability, and real estate disputes. Ms. Canepa is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law where she interned in-house with a data storage company. During her time in law school, she also worked in the Business Law Clinic, counseling Bay Area start-up companies and small business owners with equity agreements, franchise agreements, and licensing agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Canepa was litigation associate at a nationally recognized firm where she practiced complex commercial litigation and employment law.
