Prior to joining our firm in 1999, Mr. Martin practiced at Perkins Coie and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Mr. Martin is a litigator with a particular emphasis in the areas of complex business and commercial litigation, unfair competition, trade secrets, securities litigation and products liability.

Mr. Martin is a member of the bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United State District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Martin is a member of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
