Following law school, Mr. Case clerked for the Honorable Malcolm M. Lucas on the California Supreme Court. Prior to joining Hennelly & Grossfeld, Mr Case was a litigation associate practicing general business litigation at Steinhart & Falconer in San Francisco, and Heller, Ehrman, White & McAuliffe in Los Angeles. Mr. Case has been with Hennelly & Grossfeld since 1998 and practices general business litigation, specializing in products liability and business torts. He is also co-author of "Designing an Effective Products Liability Compliance Program" (West 2008).
