After law school, Ms. Clary clerked for the Honorable John C. Godbold of the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Clary was associated with the Los Angeles firms of Munger, Tolles & Olson; Hedlund, Hunter & Lynch; and Latham & Watkins; was a corporate securities and finance partner at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips and successfully managed her own litigation practice for a number of years before joining Hennelly & Grossfeld.
Ms. Clary’s litigation experience encompasses over 30 trials, including a multi-million dollar trademark and unfair competition case in which Ms. Clary’s client received the largest verdict in history under the Lanham Act for a deprivation of screen credit. Ms. Clary’s areas of specialized expertise include business and commercial litigation and transactional matters involving intellectual property, entertainment, employment and securities.
