Prior to joining our firm in 2000, Mr. Cabanday practiced at Skjerven, Morrill, MacPherson, & Friel; Troop, Meisinger, Steuber & Paisich, LLP; and the Law Offices of Lawrence Segal.
Mr. Cabanday is a former Certified Public Accountant. He has practiced in the areas of general business and commercial litigation, including intellectual property, unfair competition, real estate and products liability.
His litigation experience includes obtaining multi-million dollar judgments in various intellectual property matters. Representative clients include AMD in its patent, trademark and copyright battles against Intel, New Line Cinema, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Fox Entertainment in copyright and trademark matters, Great Western Bank, AAMES Home Loans, and the toy manufacturer Lisa Frank, Inc.
