Prior to forming Hennelly & Grossfeld, Mr. Grossfeld practiced for over ten years with the firms of Bryan Cave and Grossfeld, Dougherty & Grossfeld. The areas in which his practice has concentrated are commercial and business litigation, product liability defense, and corporate, financial, and real estate transactions.

Mr. Grossfeld is a member of the bar of the state of California and is admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern and Northern Districts of California. In addition, Mr. Grossfeld has for a number of years served as a Council Member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, as a member of the Board of Directors of the Sacramento County Bar Foundation, and as a Delegate to the State Bar Conference of Delegates.
