Mr. Willey is Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF), the largest title insurance underwriter in the United States and Vice Chairman of the Board of Carl Karcher Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:CKR), an international restaurant chain. Prior to his current positions, Mr. Willey served in various capacities within FNF including President from 1995-2000 and Executive Vice President and General Counsel from 1984-1994. From 1983-1984, Mr. Willey was Vice President and General Counsel of Land Resources Corporation (AMEX:LRC), a Florida corporation engaged in residential and commercial real estate development (1980-1983). Mr. Willey was with the law firm of of Foley, Clark and Nye in Phoenix, Arizona. Presently, he is Director of Comercial Bank of California and Winter Sports, Inc. Mr. Willey is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona and has been admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
