Since receiving his degree, Mr. Englund has practiced in all areas of commercial, business litigation and products liability with emphasis on corporate litigation. Mr. Englund is a member of the bar of the State of California and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Central, Eastern, Northern and Southern Districts of California. Mr. Englund has been with the firm since 1994.
